Agreed. It seems that all the school yard bullies that we came across as children are now adults and they hang out in the PSP groups wreaking havoc when they can. They are Internet predators and their intent is to spread fear and do harm.

Ladies, is's great to have you here with us. Im glad that along with myself and others, you want to speak out against THEM! I am hoping to put here the laws pertaining to this matter, I'm reserching that now. KEEP YOUR VOICE ladies, their rights are no more important than ours and we ALL have a right to speak up. Send your friends here, get them to follow this blog, lets show all the haters and flamers that there will ALWAYS be more of us than there are of them.
If someone wants to pay for and then share what they bought, that's generous of them. If it ends up in MY inbox...it's MINE...period. I'd like to see you try to take it back from me :o) .

These are the same sort of people that would shut down all libraries and arrest citizens that would dare loan a book to a friend.
I am sooo tired of self appointed 'queens of the freaking internet' telling me what I can and cannot do when what I do harms no one and is none of their business!
I dont understand why the rules are different here than they are in "real life" If I buy a framed piece of art, what I do with that art after I purchase it, is my business. The artist doesnt have the right to tell me on what walls of my house I am allowed to hang that pic, or what other art is permitted to hang on the same wall with it. They cant force you to put a spotlight on the artists name, so everyone can see it, or display your receipt next to it to prove you paid for it. Nor can they prevent me from giving that art to my friend or neighbor. So why is it that they can force these rules on us, if we buy the rights to use their art?
I honestly wouldnt mind paying for tubes of my fav artist if they didnt impose all of these rules on its usage. Once I buy it, it should be mine to do with as I please.
It is all just a greedy money grab. No one would even have heard of most of the artists that sell tubes/scrapkits at these pay sites, if it wasnt for the psp and IM communities. They should be grateful that anyone even knows who they are.
I agree with everything that's been said! As far as I'm concerned..if you're that afraid of what happens to your art when you put it online...a place where ANYONE AND EVERYONE from all over the WORLD can get it, and do whatever the hell they want with it..then here's a piece of advice for ya...DONT PUT IT ON THE NET!!! You know before you do what could and probably will happen to it...so stop bitching about it and make your choices reflect what you want for your art/ or whatever else you may be posting online. As for these idiots posting email addy's and websites...go for it...Let the artists who make this stuff try and sue every bloody person online who has their stuff....good fucking luck finding us all...good luck getting MONEY out of us...you'd be laughed out of court..and they know it. They use fear tactics to get money out of people who are addicted to psp...funny how the ones who started out offering thier work for free, and were so "Flattered" that people actually liked it...are now the ones flaunting themselves on the net like Gods because psp users have started using it. I have no use for tattle tales, or for those who try to control faceless people online simply because they lack any control in their REAL lives. U DO have real lives don't you?? We were sharing this stuff long before the damn PTU stuff was even thought about and I will continue to do so.

Speaking as someone who's name made it to that blog, I am taking steps to have my name removed from there. It is a violation of my rights & privacy. If it weren't for us, they wouldn't even have much of a business. I am only a tagger. I don't use any of these kits for real scrapbooking, not that it really makes much of a difference, but I use this as my hobby. My vedge time. I refuse to buckle to their petty demands. I share because, I am like many other people who can't afford to buy everything I see that I like. So I buy and share with others what I can when I can and it is a win win situation for everybody. At least they ARE being bought by some. If we didn't buy at all, then where would they be?

I 110% agree here as well! I am a proud pirater myself and I know I am. I do it on purpose,1 because Im going to share things with my friends and NO ONE is going to tell me otherwise! 2 these twats think that they can constantly keep putting personal information on their blogs,store sites and what-have-yous and think no one will find out about it for crying out loud this is the net. HALF THESE FRICKEN BITCHES WERE PIRATERS FROM THE START AS WELL AND NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM CAN SAY THEY WERE NOT! I personally know 5 of them where they shared kits on other sites so shame on them or should I say "HYPOCRITES". I guess since we all make tags and can make layouts and scraps too lets charge for them and even tho we use tubes that we didnt create lets still get paid for them. Hmm thats not right is it? Honestly its better to share the kits than pay for them in my opinion anyways theres so many tag makers now that I know of making them and they are all starting to make kits that all seem to look the same anyways just changing the colors. I preferr to buy from the bigger known stores anyways they are way better! :)

I agree 100% with what this site is about. Its illegal to post peoples personal information without their permission. While i pay for 90% of the psp stuff i use i do get some goodies in my email from time to time and once their in my inbox,there mine. The first bully site has been shut down already,good work ladies

Well, it looks like that site is under speculation because I can't access it no matter what I try. I've tried getting around all the blocks on it with no luck and I'm still unable to read it. I'm probably listed on there at this point and honestly, I could give two shits! I share what I share when I share it. People seriously need to get a life because this is really getting to be a load of shit. I've had my CLIM license stripped because of shit that I never even sent out but got accused of doing so. I'm bout ready to say screw it and not tag at all any more. I have enough shit on my plate to deal with without having to worry bout the PSP police knocking on my door.
My final thoughts for this are:
If you're big enough to post blogs and turn people in for illegal shit than grow some balls and show up in the groups rather than just turning people in and let's see just how well you fair then. Chicken shit assholes!

The way I see it these people from “The Wall Of Shame” obviously have nothing better to do.
It’s a shame really because it seems that they actually have half a brain and they could be putting it to better use than flaming people which really is an abuse of privacy.
No matter what your view on the situation, they still have no right to defame people’s names, e-mail addresses and advertise IP addresses etc. It’s all rather childish. Just like being back in grade school :)

I stand behind this 100% myself, and find it very nice to find others that feel the same way. What I find to be so ironic, is that half of these " people " are in the same snagging groups we are in and then they decide to sell something and we are all going to Hell in a hand basket for sharing. I say get a fucking life people. You probably snagged the same script/action we did to make your PTU kit. LOL I say the more we ignore these wenches the less power they thing they will have. I say that these little gnats that roam around in groups spying need to have a big slap of reality slapped on their heads. Does it make you feel important to tattle like a school girl to the teacher? It must, you must have no life...no causes that you support that really matter...like famine, cruelty, abuse...any number of things that really Need support. If they took a portion of their time to devote to getting names/sites out that help educate people then just think about how much better things may be in the world. If you are like me, and I am assuming you are...you do PSP or PS as a hobby...a hobby that lets you try and forget the world's problems and make someone smile. It is with a heavy heart that I write this. As many of you can relate, my love of psp and creating led me into creating scrap kits. I had a chance to sell them on http://taggersscraps.com/ and after contact with Amanda Kelleher I scurried to gather all my creations with such excitement at this opportunity. Little did I know my excitement would quickly change to confusion and then tears of frustration. After reading the contract and all payouts I would incur I went forward. Now it seemed all was well until my first payment at which time I became confused. The amount I received was no where close to what I should have received and so I wrote to her to try and understand better where my money went..After several communications where she then sent me my sales report again I noticed the numbers did not match at all. Even though it was the same months report the 2 different reports I received did not match.The numbers were different, the amount was not the same and both were way way short. I further inquired as to why the numbers were not adding up right and to my surprise it seems she did not like my inquiry. Sadly, it went sour at this point and she became not so pleasant. Now I was informed my emails would be blocked as I was harrassing her. By asking for MY money..I have received several very nasty emails from her which I have saved in their original format. There are 2 main reasons I am doing this.
1. I cried over this and almost walked away from what I love doing and I decided I do not want to see another woman endure what I have, so I simply wish to warn people so they do not experience what I have.
2. I have discovered that I am not alone. It seems this woman has taken advantage of many and I simply want to offer anyone who has had a bad experience to feel free to contact me and tell me of your ordeal as I do not plan on letting this woman continue to do this to others.You will remain anonymous but if you choose there will be an opportunity to speak your mind in a safe enviroment..As I said earleir I am surprised at how many have stories like me. My name is Nemesis and I have ran into a little bit of what you speak of. I shared a large post once and was attacked and trashed by MPT.I honestly had no clue what I did so wrong at that time but after reading a blog trashing me and group posts about me with no email to me personally I decided that wasnt very nice.Due to my nature I could not sit back and so I spent a solid month engaged in a battle.Then came CILM who got my phone number somehow and decided to call me.It started off decent enough but then lead to threats at which time I said goodbye and hung up.I dont recommend my actions due to the time I spent keeping up but I can say they both left me alone and forgot my name..So it showed me they try to bully but they know when to back off and shut up. I try to see both sides although I am a sharer but where my problem is in the communications. I am so tired of seeing the threats,huff and puff attitudes of these people.If I share something and the creator wrote me and showed class and good manners it would go much farther to make me think twice then those nasty responses. The nasty ones just make me go to my Groups and ask everyone to send me all the items of a particular person .Now they have something to complain about since now I do not have 1 item but most often 80-100% of their items from my beloved pals.And if I have it, so does anyone else who cares too, no matter how many times it has to be uploaded and sent.Now I realize I am a bit of an extremist but it just makes my blood boil.It seems girls in my group think highly of you and your attempt to protect and inform others..The community needs people like you to help them realize these bullies and thieves can be addressed and fear is not neccesary..A chihuahua can bark and rant and rave but c'mon, when you get up close you have to laugh at this feeble attempt to make himself larger then life. I find many of the bullies are like that chihuahua, all bark and no bite..
To those who are new and not sure of all this, go talk to your pals that you trust. Ask questions and watch your groups. There are great people who will guide you so that you can enjoy and have fun sharing and creating .If you have a problem or receive a nasty email, go to someone wiser and more experienced that you trust and ask their opinion. Do not get upset and worry because those chihuahua's count on putting that fear in you, but it is a false fear.
I am thrilled to see something like this open and God Bless You Chimera for taking the time and effort.I know it has to come from a deep love of Art as well as a desire to protect innocents..
On a last note I just want to say that I have slipped out of my retirement from battling evil to once again engage a certain individual who has been taking advantage and keeping monies which are not theirs to keep..so if you (Chimera) would like updates of this and more detailed info please feel free to contact me...Knowledge is Power....and there is strength in unity Ladies!...just remember:
